Shipping Information Handling Charge All orders will be charged a flat rate packing charge of €2,00. Postage * We ship worlwide. * For shipments within the European Union Recorded Delivery and Insured Value is available at additional costs. * For shipments outside the European Union Recorded Delivery is available at additional costs. * Shipping rates are calculated according to the actual weight of the shipment. * Shipments sent by ordinary priority mail are sent at buyer risk. In this case we cannot be held responsible for any damaged or lost shipments. Please contact us so that we can advise you of the shipping options and costs involved. Returns Policy information We offer a Returns Policy but believe that the quality of the images we use, toghether with the description, of our products that returns will be few and far between. We do however offer a Returns Policy under the following conditions * All problems must be notified, by Email, within seven days from receipt of the goods stating all problems. * All returns must include the original packing. * All returns must be via Recorded Delivery or Insured Value at your cost. * All products returned will be inspected and compared against our records. The value of any product that is found to be different to our records will be refunded. Note: Any product(s) found to have been damaged in shipping will not be refunded until any insurance claim has been resolved.
